Operators
Our Operators are female CEOs who have run small businesses, including search companies, and can bring a unique viewpoint as a board member or mentor.
Advisors
Our Advisors are female executives and professionals with deep industry knowledge or functional expertise such as sales and marketing, HR, IT and finance. Advisors can help consult on a specific industry, provide advice on building out the management team or support searchers with their marketing and sales strategy, among other things.
